Solo Traveler
Loved the hotel, off season when we went so many things were not open. But in season I am sure it is fabulous also. Off season, good for relaxing in luxury.

Traveling as Couple
We stayed in a junior suite, overlooking the ocean, it was very comfortable, but the walls were thin, we were across from the ice machine and it was noisy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. It was our 25th anniversary and they upgraded us to a junior suite at no charge. I don't know how this hotel got 4 stars. Our room had a dead bug on the floor, hairs in the bath tub, it was dirty and needs renovation. There were wasp nests on the balcony outside so we couldn't even enjoy it. Overall the hotel needs some maintenance. Our room was not ready when we arrived and the woman at the front desk was very rude to us. We did not feel welcome as a family with children as it appeared most of the guests were older couples.
